What You’ll Do

  • Inspect homes and businesses for pest issues
  • Apply treatments safely and effectively
  • Educate clients on pest prevention
  • Keep accurate service records
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Follow safety protocols, company standards, and assigned routes
  • Communicate with office staff and managers
  • Maintain equipment, vehicle, and personal safety gear in good working order
  • Utilize technology to manage appointments and customer records
  • Participate in ongoing training and development

What We’re Looking For

  • At lease one (1) year pest control experience 
  • Must hold a current pest control technician’s license or ready to renew
  • Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Comfort using ladders and power tools
  • Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license (driving record must meet insurance standards)
  • Ability to earn and maintain state-required pest control licensing (if applicable)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage time and tasks independently
  • Sales experience is a plus

  • Hourly pay: $15.00 – $25.00 (based on experience) + additional earning opportunities
